In accordance with Intelligent Life’s Risk Management policy;
- Developers and Vendors are required to read and accept our Access Control Policy
- Insurer’s and Developers are required to read and accept our Data Privacy and Protection Policy
Any Party who has access to, or may acquired any of, Intelligent Life’s information, including but not limited to, its intellectual property, computer code, documentation, designs, underwriting rules, audits, 3rd party information and other related materials is Confidential Information and requires the Party to complete the Access Request Form below .
